WHAT YOU BOUGHT

The complete source code of the B28 expert advisors for MetaTrader 4 (MQL4), the compiled
expert advisor files, the install guide, and the research code behind them.


LIFETIME ACCESS

Yours permanently. No renewal, no expiry, no account number to register, nothing that can be
switched off from our end. Every future version and update of these expert advisors is included
at no extra cost, for as long as they exist.


YOU MAY RESELL IT

You may sell, resell and redistribute this software, as many times as you like, at any price you
choose, and keep one hundred percent of what you charge. You may sell the compiled expert
advisors, the source code, or both. You may modify it first and sell your modified version. You
may use it inside a product of your own, under your own name.

You do not owe us a share, a fee, a report or a notification. You do not need our permission for
any individual sale. There is no territory limit and no time limit.

This is a deliberate grant, not a loophole: it is the point of this tier. Nobody who buys at
this level should ever have to wonder whether they are allowed to make money with it.


THE THREE THINGS YOU MAY NOT DO

1. You may not claim that you wrote it or that you own the copyright. The copyright stays with
   Luxucleen LLC. You hold a licence that lets you do nearly anything with the software - that
   is not the same as owning it, and claiming authorship is the one thing that would create a
   real dispute.

2. You may not use the names B28, B28.Signals, GRID28, Beats28 or DjBrightFuture as the brand of
   what you sell, and you may not present yourself as us or as an official reseller of ours.
   Sell it under your own name; that is what "rebrand it" means here.

3. You may not promise returns to the people you sell it to. Not ours, not yours, not any. It
   is illegal in most places and it is the fastest way to turn a software sale into a
   regulatory problem for you personally.


THE ONE RULE INSIDE THE GROUP - POST THE CODE AND YOU ARE OUT

Do not post source code, decompiled code, expert advisor files, or any part of them inside the
B28 Telegram group. Not in the main room, not in a reply, not in a direct message to another
member you met there, not as a screenshot, not as a link.

Do it and you are removed immediately and permanently. No warning, no second chance, no refund
for the period you are in, and you are disqualified from every future update, every future
version, and every future signal - on every tier, including if you hold the full source licence.

THIS IS NOT A CONTRADICTION OF YOUR RESALE RIGHT, AND IT MATTERS THAT YOU SEE WHY. If you bought
the full tier you may sell the code anywhere in the world, at any price, forever - that is
yours and nothing here takes it away. What you may not do is dump it for free inside the one
room where other people are paying every month for the compiled version. That does not just cost
Christian; it destroys the value of your OWN resale right, because nobody buys from you what
somebody handed out free in the room they are already sitting in.

The rule exists to protect the people who paid, including you. It is stated here, before you
buy, because a ban that is only explained afterwards is not a fair one.


NO WARRANTY, AND THE PART THAT MATTERS MOST

This software is provided as is. Trading carries risk and can lose money, including more than
you put in if you use leverage. Results shown anywhere - on our pages, in our videos, in this
package - come from demonstration accounts trading simulated money unless explicitly stated
otherwise, and past results never promise future ones.

Nothing here is financial advice, and we are not a broker, a fund, an investment adviser or a
signal service regulated by anyone. You are responsible for your own trades, your own account,
and your own compliance with the rules where you live.

To the maximum extent the law allows, Luxucleen LLC is not liable for any trading loss, lost
profit, or other damage arising from the use of this software, by you or by anyone you sell it
to.


IF YOU RESELL IT, PASS THIS ON

Whoever you sell it to gets the same rights you got, on the same terms, including the three
limits above and this warranty section. Include this file, or your own version of these terms,
with what you sell. That keeps the chain clean for everyone in it.
